Backcountry.com is a major trendsetter when it comes to selling outdoor gear online. Axis41 was approached to refresh the company’s identity through process-driven messaging and nomenclature exercises. In addition to helping create a cogent brand strategy, Axis41 assisted Backcountry.com with the successful launch of a new name, and designed the now-famous Goat logo. Axis41 then worked with the new Backcountry.com to create and deploy a series of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including highly effective mail catalogs and digital marketing.
