UTA provides an integrated system of public transportation services across the Wasatch region. To help create a better rider experience, we built a visually-compelling, responsive site that was quick and easy for riders to navigate on-the-go.

Our UI/UX teams dug deep into the data and found that over 60% of site visitors come from mobile devices, and 90% of all web traffic utilize rider tools. By making data-driven decisions based on research and other best-in-class transit authorities, our redesign focused on a better mobile experience and faster access to rider tools.
In order to upgrade the technology platform, our software engineering team worked to transition the website to Sitecore CMS. By spearheading UTA’s enterprise content management system implementation, UTA now has the ability to deliver relationship-building digital interactions and customized, easy-to-use content authoring experiences.
Executing a website redesign that complemented UTA’s commitment to improve air quality was critical during every part of the research, planning, and design stages. Now the site has all of the elements necessary to encourage public transit via its easy navigation, and support UTA’s goal to contribute to a healthy environment.
